On November 9, the Party Committee of the College organized a video conference to participate in the "Systematic report of state-owned enterprises and state-owned Enterprises of the Central Propaganda Mission to study and Implement the spirit of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee". Hao Peng, member of the Propaganda Team of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary and director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, delivered a propaganda report.
Report on the meeting,Hao Pengcong understand deeply the significance of our country into a new stage of development,advantage and important feature,accurately grasp the vision in 2035 and"difference"period of our country's development guidelines,main target,the key task,firmly grasp the construction of a new development pattern strategic ideas and important points of adhere to the overall leadership of the party,to mobilize various aspects strength to achieve the"difference"plan and 2035 vision united struggle,etc.,and has carried on the system to preach and interpretation.
The report is simple in its depth and rich in content,which has helped deepen our understanding of the spirit of the Plenum.The participants said that they should study and implement the spirit of the Plenum in accordance with the plan of the CPC Central Committee,combine the practice and apply what they have learned,integrate the thought and action into the spirit of the Plenum,integrate the spirit of the plenum into their daily work,effectively promote the implementation of the spirit of the plenum,and contribute to creating a new situation of high-quality development of our hospital.
After the report meeting,huang Yuming,secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the board,made a speech with the title of"rapidly set off the spirit upsurge of studying and propagating the implementation of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party,gathering the decisive victory of the"13th five year plan"and forging ahead with the"14th five year plan".He pointed out that studying,propagating and implementing the spirit of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee are the important political tasks of the whole hospital at present and in the future.He stressed that,first,we should improve our political position,deepen our ideological understanding,study comprehensive systems,in-depth thinking and practice,and strive to grasp the rich connotation and core essence of the spirit of the Plenum.Second,we should take the lead in the study and implementation,learn to understand and practice,in the rapid rise of the school study and publicity and implementation of the upsurge;Third,a new bureau for the development of new institutions should be launched,and the"14th five-year"development blueprint of our hospital should be drawn up scientifically.To study and implement the party's spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th as an opportunity to combine the central"advice"to determine the objectives of the task,control group chairman,party secretary of comrade Zhang Xiaolun in review the requirements of xi'an subordinate enterprise symposium,actively involved in national HeGuoJi group,the machine engineering group,group development strategy,plan as a whole from all work of the"difference",open new journey in our high quality development.
At home,more than 30 members of the leading group,senior executives,party branch secretaries,League committee secretaries and some party branch members,party affairs workers participate in the study.
