1) Free technical consultation.
2) On-site handover and installation guidance.
3) Conscientiously perform the responsibility of after-sales service for product quality,and implement three guarantees and one compensation for product quality problems.
4) In case of any quality problem,we guarantee to reply to the customer's letter or telegram within 4 hours.
5) In case of any quality problem during the construction process or major quality problem within three years after the product is put into operation,the buyer shall arrive at the site within 48 hours upon receipt of the notice;On the spot to the problem to provide the corresponding solution service,and then clear the responsibility to deal with.
6) Within 12 months from the date of acceptance test and within the quality guarantee period,if the products are defective or unqualified due to unreasonable design,processing,manufacturing and transportation,we will immediately start to replace these goods free of charge to the Buyer as soon as we receive the buyer's written notice.
7) For every 5 UAVs purchased by the customer,the customer can provide one spare UAVs for the customer unit to put in the customer unit,buy 10 uAVs to provide two spare aircraft,and so on.
8) Provide free maintenance work of the aircraft every quarter for a year,test and regulate the aircraft for free to ensure the safety of aircraft operation.
9) After the completion of the training,professional UAV operators can be arranged to guide the UAV operation on site,so as to ensure the client's project is completed on time and in accordance with the quantity,and provide technical exchange of the actual operation project.
